Who will bill my credit card?
You will be billed by Our shared
business address is with our Ocean City MD retail store
(Continental Cycles) , however the warehouse and processing
location of your order is approximately 8 miles from
our retail stores. The employees of our stores CAN NOT
help you on the phone on in person should you have an 
issue or technical problem,  Please e-mail [email protected]
We will get back to you very fast.  This is what we do 
all day almost everyday.
When will my order ship?
Most instock orders leave via USPS or UPS within 24 hrs..
From what location is my order being shipped?
The majority of our orders are shipped from our shipping
facilities in Ocean City MD. If Items back order,  many maybe
back in stock shortly or already in the warehouse as we
have a constant flow of inventory from US and European
suppliers in route.
What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
We do have a 10% restock charge
on all unused items.  Printed matter (manuals),
installed items and all ELECTRICAL
parts are not returnable.  
How can I track my package?
In most cases, we will e-mail your tracking number 
immediately after your order has shipped. 
USPS - We send tracking directly from ENDICIA
UPS -tracking sent directly from UPS once processed.
