Returns


Any Return issues- Please

We need your order number!

Order number will be (TMJ#####)

If you have an order issue. Please e-mail [email protected]
Please put your order number in the SUBJECT line of your e-mail.  Include a short
description of the problem and possibly photos of old and new parts so we know the
best way to assist.  In most cases, we return an RMA# (return merchandise authorization)
via e-mail and shipping instructions.  We will be happy to help. 


Return Policy

  • All returns must be accompanied by a copy or the original invoice shipped with the order.
  • Returns without your orignal or a copy of your invoice will be refused.
  • There will be a 10% restocking charge on all returned merchandise.
  • Printed matter is no longer returnable.
  • Return Postage is the responsibility of the customer.
  • We CAN NOT  accept destroyed or altered parts for return.
  • No returns on electrical parts- exchanges only on unused parts.
  • Tool returns are a case by case basis (wrong size ordered) 
  • 30 day time limit now in effect on returns.

    • Exchange Policy

  • NO BIG DEAL- no two mopeds seem to be the same-we want to get you the right parts- possibly include your old or broken part so we can match.
  • All exchanges must be accompanied by a copy or the original invoice shipped with the order.
  • There will be a 25% charge fee on exchanged printed matter.
  • Postage is the responsibility of the customer on order errors.
  • If it is our error,  we will credit your return postage (at first class rates).
  • 30 day time limit now in effect on exchanges.
