These are Frames only. They do not include a TITLE or MSO. Most
have a VIN decal or serial number. Tank in frame styles will all have
clean tanks ( a certain amount of corrosion will exist in a 40 year old
frame)- no heavy rust in tank. Frame are offered for custom builds as
a good starting base is much better then a pile of metal tubes.
